American Engraving Junior Lions: After starting the season with a 2-2 record, the Lions posted wins over the Sabattus Disc Golf Junior Steelers and the Gee & Bee Junior Redskins. I was thinking: Maybe Villanova's Football Championship Subdivision championship victory over Montana Friday night will rekindle talk of the Wildcats elevating their program to major college status. The Big East, which sorely needs another football team -- especially one that wouldn't change the components in a 16- team basketball conference -- would welcome Villanova into the FBS with a parade.
