Merritt, 72, is the founder of Martha For The Homeless Inc., which is a nonprofit Tri-Cities food distribution center that gives aid to the hungry and homeless. WOOSTER -- Ohio's State Set-Aside Committee has awarded Wayne County $14,324 in Federal Funds from Phase 29 of the Emergency Food and Shelter National Board Program, United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties, Inc.
