Appleton Central Alternative High School for developmentally challenged students in Wisconsin had terrible discipline problems at the school. Kids couldn't focus; there was a lot of fighting, violence and weapons on campus. One job applicant turned down a job offer there because he said the kids were "rude, obnoxious and ill mannered".
