It would have been easy to understand if the Oak Park boys' volleyball didn't have its full concentration on Cathedral Catholic of San Diego in a first-round match of the Div.II Southern California Regional tournament Tuesday night.
The Eagles were coming off the program's first Southern Section Div. II championship Saturday in a four-game victory against Corona del Mar at Cypress College.

MORGANTOWN - West Virginia offensive guard Josh Jenkins dislocated a kneecap in Saturday's 24-17 victory over Rutgers, according to a source close to the football team.
Jenkins has been the No. 2 right guard since the season opened.

Police turned out in downtown Morgantown in riot gear Saturday evening, ready to handle any post-game celebrations following the Backyard Brawl.
There were no celebrations, as Pitt defeated WVU 13-9, but one car was destroyed by fire and five people were caught setting street fires.
