  • The National Weather Service in Wilmington on Sunday, Feb. 27, issued a flood watch for today in the Miami Valley because of heavy rain in the forecast. Rain and thunderstorms in a warm front moved through the region, followed by a cold front today, according to the weather service's forecast.
