NEW YORK - Macy's iconic flagship store, which is already the world's largest, is about to get even bigger.
The department store chain announced Tuesday that it plans to spend about $400 million over the next four years to expand and overhaul its storied flagship location at Herald Square in Manhattan. The president and chief executive officer of Deseret Book Co. said the company is "aggressively" making books available on Kindle, a digital book reader sold by Amazon.com, and will soon have content ready for the nook, the Barnes & Noble e-reader, and the iPad by Apple.
