Greb had been driving home after midnight from his job as a bartender at Slicks Bar & Grill in Brookline when his car hit a patch of icy cobblestones on Capital Avenue and slid into a parked car, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's office said. Officials in the cities of Charleston and South Charleston are close to an agreement on the fate of a 10-year-old fire station behind the Applebees restaurant on Corridor G. Charleston earlier this year proposed that South Charleston take over the Camp Way Road fire station, which is the least busy of Charlestons stations. Nine firefighters work there, three at a time. Charleston City Manager David Molgaard said the citys attorneys were working on a written agreement to present to South Charleston. He expects the agreement to be completed soon.
