GRAND TERRACE - The Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a court motion seeking to remove the CEO of American Pacific Financial Corp., a financial services firm, from control of that company.
The company, based in Grand Terrace, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in September 2010. American Pacific Financial had previously provided financial planning and investment services.
