Allegheny County Executive candidate Rich Fitzgerald on Wednesday criticized his Republican rival for lawsuits that D. Raja's company filed against former employees.
Computer Enterprises Inc., a custom software firm Raja co- founded in 1992, sued more than 80 former contract employees, according to Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas records. Most of the lawsuits allege the employees left without giving four weeks' notice, as their employment contract required, or that the employee violated the contract's non-compete clause.
