It has ordered all aircraft owners to re-register their planes in an effort to clean up its files.

The CEO of a hospital suffered head injuries when he crash- landed his airplane in a field yesterday afternoon after it experienced mechanical problems, according to an official with the Washington County Airport. Lloyd W.
