The third annual Vanderburgh Homeless Connect day will be held at The Centre in Downtown Evansville on Wednesday. The Shelby County Commission this week approved an updated redevelopment plan to attack blight, improve infrastructure and promote commercial development in the Uptown neighborhood north of Downtown.
