SALT LAKE CITY -- Eric Fullerton just wanted an Arby's ham and cheese croissant and some orange juice nearly three years ago when an armed man burst into the restaurant and shouted he wanted everyone to get down or he would kill them.
The truck driver said he stood stunned as he watched Curtis Michael Allgier, 31, grab the clerk behind the counter, point a gun at him and threaten to kill him. When Allgier started to drag the man into the kitchen, the clerk either moved or stumbled so his head was out of the way.
