There is an endrepreneur in every entrepreneur. Endrepreneur (end- ruh-preneur) is a phrase I coined that replaces "ent" in entrepreneur with "end." I've defined endrepreneurship as the progression of time, effort and risk toward exit, and underlies the entire period of association the entrepreneur has with the business as its primary owner. That's right, I am suggesting that more of an entrepreneur's association with a business is spent on exit than on entry, even though many people start businesses without much thought to exit. Spiritual leadership plays an essential role in establishing the culture and environment for spirituality at work. While much has been written about this construct, it is not always clear how spiritual leadership is manifested in practice. The purpose of this case study is to provide an external assessment and specific examples of the spiritual aspects of the leadership approach of one business and non-profit executive. Our assessment includes an analysis of this executive's leadership style in relation to Fry's (2003) theory of spiritual leadership and his impact on employees and organizational efficiency.

The first local mention came from Mayor Mitch Landrieu's economic development advisor, Aimee Quirk, at City Council committee meeting last week, and my hunch is this thing was thrown together in just a couple weeks' time.
The underlying purpose of the sales organization is to generate income. While the source of clients often varies among selling situations, creating opportunities in a changing environment remains a constant challenge. While still limited in applications, the notion of an individual or organization being entrepreneurial has grown in exposure in recent years, with an army of applications emerging from the literature. As previously noted, salespeople typically share common qualities consistent with having an entrepreneurial orientation. Hence, the premise of this article is that sales organizations should embrace, develop and seek sellers with an entrepreneur spirit and disposition, or as the authors call these individuals, the sales entrepreneurs. Sales organizations have undergone a host...
