Oklahoma City's tallest building gained a new owner this week. San Antonio-based investor James F. Cotter purchased the 36-story Bank One Tower at 100 N. Broadway in downtown Oklahoma City for a reported $27.9 million. The seller was Cherokee Simon Oklahoma LLC.
Constructed in 1971, the 513,833-square-foot building was 95 percent occupied at the time of sale. Tenants include Bank One, Devon Energy, The Petroleum Club and numerous law firms.
