Ornelas is an area technician in housekeeping and has worked at the hospital since 2006.

PETERSBURG - Colleen Jiggetts, qualified mental health professional, has been named District 19 Community Service Board (CSB) June 2010 Employee of the Month.
In a press release issued by District 19, the following was stated about the honoree:

Ebony Wright, mental health case manager, has been named District 19 CSB November 2010 employee of the month.
Ebony Wright has been Mental Health Case Manager in Adult Services with District 19 CSB for four years. She demonstrates exceptional customer service, doing whatever is necessary to help her consumers. She helps consumers with their benefits, transportation, and connection to community resources. She maintains a good demeanor and attitude, even under stressful situations.

District 19 Community Services Board named Jennifer Kirkland as the recipient of their September, 2011 "Employee-of-the-Month" Award.
For the past 2 years, Jennifer Kirkland has assumed the role of Project Manager, taking the lead role in the implementation of electronic records for District 19 Community Services Board, putting her clinical duties on hold. In assuming this role, she has been a major contributor in the design and implementation of the electronic health records process, as well as developing the curriculum for training of staff. Jennifer has completed training of the 'super users' and is currently in the process of training the entire staff of District 19, from support staff to psychiatrists.

Imaging technologist Melissa D'Ambra was named Employee of the Month by The Outer Banks Hospital.
D'Ambra has been providing care for patients in imaging services since 2001.

Kendra Fletcher, intensive care coordinator: CCPS - Child & Adolescent Services Division - has been named District 19 Community Services Board February employee of the month.
Fletcher has been with District 19 CSB for more than three years. Originally hired as a part time case manager, Fletcher was promoted to the full-time position of intensive care coordinator in 2010.

Nannette Singleton, mental health technician, has been named District 19 CSB October 2010 "employee-of-the-month.
Nannette Singleton has been the MH Tech on the PACT Team for 10 years. She is a great consumer advocate and frequently speaks up on behalf of consumers. She provides ICT services five days each week to a large number of consumers by taking them on community outings to parks, shopping, lunch, library, etc. Consumers often request to go out with her every day. The requests have gotten to the point that Nanette has requested a larger van so she can carry up to 15 consumers out each day.
