San Bernardino County District Attorney Michael A. Ramos will present his agency's anti-gang strategies to a gathering of officials Monday in the nation's capital. Ramos said Friday that he will participate in the same conference that San Bernardino Mayor Pat Morris is scheduled to attend Monday at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. The building is next to the White House.
