Edward Lazarus has been named president of the Branford Chamber of Commerce. He worked for the past 25 years at Post University in Waterbury, most recently as senior vice president. Dr. Hugh Taylor, an associate professor at Yale School of Medicine, has been named chief of reproductive endocrinology and infertility in the department of obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive sciences at Yale-New Haven Hospital, and chief of the section at the Yale School of Medicine.
