Our employees come into the kitchen at 7 a.m. to start doing the prep work," said Terri Miller. "Every morning we prep fresh pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, grapes and oranges. There are seasonal fruits too - in the summer we use mango, kiwi and watermelon.
