IN THE previous article, I stressed that time is precious and the importance of managing it efficiently. Time is also equated to the creation of opportunity and wealth, for it is preciously recognised to determine one's success or failure in life. As far as the principle of budgeting money is concerned, its efficient management is rather similar to that of managing time. The only difference is budgeting money relates to the sustainability of one's personal economic independence and security, which is essential for success.
