  • SKOWHEGAN -- Kennebec Valley Community Action Program's Child and Family Services has partnered with the Somerset Career and Technical Center of SAD 54 to offer students the opportunity to work hands-on in a preschool setting. The Skowhegan Child Development Center has an enrollment of approximately 30 families serving children 6 weeks to 5 years old.
