RIVERSIDE -- ATS Behavorial Health Inc., whose certification problems led it last month to stop treating hundreds of mentally ill people, has now relinquished its state certification to provide alcohol and drug addiction treatment services.
ATS relinquished its certification after an Ohio Department of Alcohol & Drug Addiction Services inspection identified several shortcomings at ATS, 1320 Woodman Drive, Suite 105.

HOUSTON - Former Texas billionaire and financier R. Allen Stanford has been moved from the federal detention center here, where he awaits trial on charges he bilked investors out of $7 billion in a pyramid scheme.
The move comes after a federal judge last month ordered Stanford's transfer for treatment of drug addiction that has helped render him incompetent to stand trial.
