  • CHINO - The city attorney of Chino and Rialto was arrested early Saturday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. California Highway Patrol officers from the Santa Fe Springs station arrested Jimmy Gutierrez at 1:52 a.m. on Fairway Avenue, just south of the 60 Freeway, in the City of Industry, officials said.

  • SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The driver of a bus that crashed Sunday, killing eight people - down from an earlier report of 10 fatalities - and injuring dozens more, was driving under the influence, the California Highway Patrol said Monday.
