DAYTON -- A Dayton man accused of taking photos of children and adults in the West Carroll-ton YMCA men's showers and locker room was arrested at his home Monday, Aug. 30.
West Carrollton Deputy Chief Doug Woodard said a complaint by a patron in January led to an eight-month investigation of Daniel E. Wagner, 40.

DAYTON -- There are numerous unidentified victims in photos belonging to a 40-year-old Dayton man accused of spying on male patrons in the West Carrollton YMCA men's locker room, West Carrollton police said.
Investigators have spent months trying to identify the other places where Daniel E. Wagner is accused of taking photos of people - - including children -- in various states of undress, Deputy Chief Doug Woodard said Monday, Aug. 30.

It's been a week of it. I have been busy, but I am not feeling too well. In fact, I was sick all day and night last Tuesday, but I'm much better now. WEST CARROLLTON -- Moraine Clerk of Council Lisa Johnson, who oversees the city's records, has been charged with tampering with records in connection with her work as a treasurer for a pee wee football league.
Johnson, 32, was arrested Wednesday at the Moraine city building, according to Doug Woodard, West Carrollton deputy police chief.

WEST CARROLLTON -- No intruder or anyone from outside the residence was involved in the stabbing Sunday of a couple in their apartment, West Carrollton police Deputy Chief Doug Woodard said Monday.
Erika Nagel, 38, and her boyfriend, Jesse E. Lewis, 38, are the same two who disappeared from their apartment for a month this fall with the woman's teenage daughter Jazmine. Police said the child found the couple Sunday evening, injured in the apartment.
