Trial court did not err in granting summary judgment for defendant on plaintiffs' claims for fraud and negligent misrepresentation where plaintiffs failed to rebut defendant's evidence that plaintiffs did not rely upon the appriasal report prepared by defendant before entering into a home purchase contract.
Summary judgment on the plaintiff-appellants' claims for violations of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act was not appropriate when reasonable minds could conclude that defendants-appellees led the plaintiffs-appellants to believe that they could obtain a specific type of financing when, in fact, they could not.

RICHMOND, Va. - Dominion Resources Inc.'s sale of most of its onshore oil and gas exploration and production operations will help management concentrate on building enough new generating capacity to light a million homes, a company spokesman said Tuesday. The utility was planning to add 4,000 megawatts of capacity over the next decade well before Monday's announcement of its $6.5 billion deal with Loews Corp. and XTO Energy. Each megawatt can supply electricity to about 250 homes, Dominion spokesman Chet Wade said.
