Water is considered one of the most vital components of the human body. Most people would die within three to seven days without water. Whereas, people can survive weeks without food, as long as they have water. Water composes more than 50 percent of our bodies; as well as 75 percent of all muscle tissue, 10 percent of fatty tissue, regulates the body's temperature, protects and cushions vital organs, lubricates joints, aids the digestive system, transports nutrients within each cell and dispels waste.
