BUTLER Nearly 120 gallons of diesel fuel spilled over the parking lot of Lowe's home improvement store Sunday morning after a truck's fuel tank smashed against a concrete wall, police said.
Shortly before 9 a.m. a tractor was backing up and trying to hook up to a trailer when it hit a wall behind the store and ruptured the fuel tank, police said.
