The Douglas County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Castle Rock dental assistant on allegations he sexually assaulting four children. Roohallah Mobarez, 20, was arrested Jan. 20 on five counts of sexual assault on a child and one count of sexual assault on a child as a pattern of abuse, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.
The Willow Street campus of the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center today will present certificates to students completing their courses of study. The event, to be held in conjunction with the school's awards ceremony, will be held at 7 p.m. at Lancaster County Bible Church, between Manheim and Mount Joy.

WHITTIER - A new Registered Dental Assistant course will begin Feb. 2 and end Sept. 4 at Tri-Cities ROP, 12519 Washington Blvd. The program prepares students for the California Registered Dental Assistant exams, written and practical.
This is the latest in a monthly feature on people changing jobs in a dynamic economy. Shelli Culbertson, 38, is a dental hygienist at Burleigh Dental in Milwaukee. She went back to school after 10 years as a dental assistant, working two jobs while she completed her training. Before that, she worked as a waitress, which she still does part time.
