A Pennsylvania lottery ticket worth more than $255,000 was sold in the hospitality shop in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg, according to state lottery officials.
The ticket was one of two jackpot-winning Cash 5 tickets sold for Thursday's lottery, officials said. The other ticket was sold in Delaware County.

Associated Press WILMINGTON, Del. -- A federal judge on Wednesday denied a request by professional sports leagues and the NCAA to halt Delaware's planned sports betting lottery until a legal challenge is resolved.
Chief District Judge Gregory Sleet set a Dec. 7 trial date on the plaintiffs' claims that the sports betting plan violates a federal ban on sports gambling, as well as Delaware's state constitution.

And make that games, not game. After an expensive court battle, plans by state leaders and casino operators to offer betting on single games in multiple sports were struck down. Delaware can only offer betting on at least three NFL games per wager, called parlay bets.
