The American Cancer Society Discover shop will host its annual "Holiday Open House" from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, at 2197 University Ave. Items featured will include a large selection of holiday gifts, decorations, and clothing. Simply put, a coffeehouse is a place where the primary focus is selling coffee of some sort. A quick look through the phone books yellow pages reveals a whole slew of these places in Kanawha and Putnam counties. The problem, though, is that about half of them arent places youd actually go if you wanted a cup of coffee.
