  • It's not quite Willy Wonka's workplace, but a New Berlin factory that makes ingredients for the dairy industry has been sold to a Michigan company that is to expand production and add jobs with a line of popular ice cream flavors. Denali Flavors Inc., which invents and licenses such ice cream flavors as Moose Tracks and Bear Claw, is the new owner of the production plant at 2400 S. Calhoun Road. The plant was sold last week to Denali by Toronto-based CoolBrands International Inc. for $10 million.
