Two church-state cases have recently come along that illustrate a few of the many questions created by 10 words in the Constitution. The 10 words are: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion. One case arose three years ago in Van Wert County, Ohio. The county (pop. 29,440) is largely an area of small towns and middle- size farms, southwest of Toledo, bordering Indiana. Its values are old-fashioned, Midwestern values. Until the ruckus arose three years ago, classes began in the Crestview Local School District with daily prayers.
