It's that time again. The 88th annual Vanderburgh County 4-H Fair kicks off Monday - and with $4 a gallon gasoline forcing many families to rethink their summer vacation plans, Rhonda Klueg-Slater, president of the fair, said she's hoping more people will decide to come out.
