  • An Owensboro, Ky., man arrested during a routine traffic on Interstate 64 in rural Wayne County, Ill., has been identified as a "person of interest" in connection with a string of burglaries in Daviess County. An Illinois State trooper pulled over a maroon 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Jason D. Bailey, 35, on I-64 and discovered that his driver's license was suspended.
