The project is financed by three loans--a $3.5 million loan from the City of Green Bay; a $4.5 million loan from Calumet County Bank in Brillion, which has worked with Ganther on previous projects, along with "other parties," says bank vice president of commercial and agricultural lending Paul Meier; and a loan from the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority New Market Tax Credit Loan of about $2.5 million, about 20 percent of financing.
