SAN FRANCISCO, July 14 /U.S. Newswire/ -b The Asia Foundation, the premier non-profit organization devoted to Asia's development since 1954, announced today that Mr. Hamid Latif Sharif has been named as the Foundation's new country representative in Pakistan. Mr. Sharif is currently the Asian Development Bank's (ADB) assistant general counsel for South Asia, and Law and Policy Reform. He will begin his three-year post with the Foundation on August 10, while on leave from the ADB.
