Accountants need to change their fee setting strategies from one that depends on cost-price calculation to a customer-oriented pricing method. The traditional method solely considered the need for profits and cost reimbursement. The recommended method is based on a sound knowledge of pricing strategies and professional servics marketing. Steps to be taken in the proposed approach include developing objectives for fee setting, planning strategies to cope with aims and evaluating strategies vis-a-vis goals.

We review, classify, consolidate, and synthesize the contributions to the expanding field of e-business that have been published in Production and Operations Management. We classify e-business research in the following four categories: (1) e-auctions, (2) radio frequency identification, (3) e-business system design, and (4) competition, conflict, collaboration, and coordination (C^sup 4^ in e-business). We identify important research themes, research methodologies, and research techniques within each of these categories.
