This document corrects internal citations within the Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation to reflect previous redesignation of sections related to contracting with corporate expatriates and the recodification of certain public contracting laws in title 41, United States Code.
LEBANON -- A regional conservation district was not aware a part- time employee who was recently indicted for bilking it out of $100,000 was convicted on a different felony charge during his employment. Ernest David Collins, 55, of Lebanon was indicted Jan. 31 by a Warren County grand jury on 14 counts of forgery, all fifth-degree felonies; two counts of forgery, both fourth-degree felonies; and theft, a third-degree felony.
