Continuing Education (CE) determines the Personal Development (PD). The most important task to undertake is to make ourselves better at what we do, and that means ongoing personal development. Some of what you pick up may be frivolous and not useful, but we owe it to ourselves and our clients to learn, learn, learn. While potential is a key to growth, positive thinking is vital. Goals are important, too. Here's another simple rule of success. When you come into the office on Monday morning, immediately focus on doing the things you promised yourself you would do when you finished work the previous Friday or Saturday (whenever your work-week ends).
