Pie, oh my! I am tickled to see so many of you excited about our pie contest coming up in March - and I am also overwhelmed with phone calls about it and simply can't return them all. Most of this was in the announcement in last week's Food section, but I know some of you missed it. The rules are simple: Your pie can be an original recipe, but it doesn't have to be. The contest is for dessert pies only, so no quiche, chicken pot pies or other savories. No cobblers, and for it to be a pie, it must have at least one crust.
