NEW YORK and WASHINGTON, July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies will need to employ different tactics than those used during the recession - divesting non-core brands, conserving cash, and cutting costs - to preserve shareholder value as the economy recovers.
