Phone, Internet and TV provider Consolidated Communications Inc. reported a fourth-quarter profit of $6.8 million, or 23 cents a share, compared with $7 million, or 24 cents, for the same period a year ago.
Revenue was $93.8 million, compared with $100.8 million a year ago. Full-year profit was $32.6 million, or $1.09 a share, up from $24.9 million, or 84 cents.
