  • A difference made In celebration of Make A Difference Day on Oct. 22, members of the El Monte Kiwanis Club, San Gabriel Valley California Conservation Corps, El Monte, Arroyo and South El Monte High Schools' Key Clubs, and THINK Together volunteered their time alongside Cogswell Elementary School staff, students and families to make a difference at the El Monte school.
