LOS ANGELES - A jury will now decide the fate of a former Pico Rivera mayor accused of lying about the value of free movie tickets he received and for voting on contracts when he has a conflict of interest. The prosecution and the defense presented their closing arguments Tuesday in the trial of Ron Beilke which has been held at a Los Angeles courtroom.
