It's time for the session, where politics is king and anything can happen The halls of the state Capitol generally are quiet most of the year. Interim legislative committees and task forces meet every now and then. An occasional news conference or ceremony takes place in the Rotunda. A few art openings draw people to the Governor's Gallery.
