Randy J. Slager, CEO, chairman and founder of Catapult Technology Ltd., a Bethesda service-disabled veteran-owned information technology contractor to the federal government, recently won the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce's Corporate Leader of the Year Award. Slager has been pivotal in the development of the Veteran Institute for Procurement Program with the chamber's Community Foundation. The program provides training to veteran-owned businesses.
