DEALS BDI-Laguna, a Carlstadt-based consumer-electronics supplier to retailers, said in a statement the company has expanded its audio and video offerings to include Altec Lansing, a maker of computer and home entertainment sound systems. Global ePoint Inc. Monday announced that Global AirWorks, its aviation division, has been awarded a $7.3 million contract by Avianca Airlines, a leading South American airline. The contract is to purchase a variety of aviation- related equipment and services, including the CDSS Cockpit Door Surveillance Systems, In Flight Entertainment systems, the Electronic Flight Bag/ Class I, In-Seat Laptop Computer Power Systems and various cabin refurbishment for Avianca's fleet of Boeing 767, 757 and MD-83 aircraft.
