Innovation strategy helps a company in three ways: exciting its customers, outperforming competitors, and building a new product portfolio. The literature describes many frameworks for innovation strategy but offers little detail about how to implement them. This paper identifies 12 ways of visualizing innovation strategies: platform offering, co-creation, cycle time reduction, brand value enhancement, technology leveraging, future-proofing, lean development, partnering, innovation mutation, creative destruction, market segmentation, and acquisition. These strategies allow 100 leading global companies to dominate their markets and outperform the competition through innovation.
REDLANDS - A clinical research software company is moving its headquarters from San Bernardino to Redlands. IMedRIS Data Corporation, whose client roster includes Kaiser Permanente and City of Hope, bought a 9,730-square-foot warehouse building in Redlands in January, co-owner Bill Schroeder said. All sections of the business's new headquarters should be open by Friday, he said.
Woodbury-based technology company Research Frontiers reported a loss for the third-quarter, but it was less of a hit than the one the firm experienced during the same time period last year. Research Frontiers lost about $750,000 over the three months ending Sept. 30, according to a document filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission today. For the same time period last year, the company lost about $840,000, according to the document.
A business's name, product name and slogan are very important business and marketing tools. It is important the business be assured that its names and slogan are protectable and noninfringing.
