A network of doctors and Catholic hospitals has signed on to a health insurance plan for the military, allowing members of the local military community to obtain care from 840 doctors and four hospitals in Erie and Niagara counties. The Catholic Independent Practice Association said it will work with Martin's Point Health Care to administer its US Family Health Plan in Western New York.
