Etzwiler named top administrator
ASHLAND -- Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland Community Action Commission Head Start Administrator Laurie Etzwiler has been named Region V Administrator of the Year. Region V encompasses all Head Start programs in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. Etzwiler has been the Head Start administrator for Kno- Ho-Co-Ashland for 19 years.

Palisades Medical Center will use a $250,000 grant to identify and address the most urgent health care needs of the community it serves.
The grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation will enable the hospital and its partners, North Hudson Community Action Corp., the Hudson Regional Health Commission and local and regional health departments, to complete a community-wide needs assessment.
