Through a partnership with private and government sectors, NECAC, which has operated in the county for 40 years, has reached a cost- effective solution to build its first agency-owned St. Charles County service center.

The York County Community Action Corp. will open its new facility for York County Community Health Care Monday at 32 Patriots Lane.
York County Community Health Care, which opened in March 2005, outgrew the facilities on Spruce Street; the new facilities are twice the size of that location. The clinic provides care to the homeless and those living in public housing, as well as anyone who needs to establish a health care home, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.
